Pregnant Kim Kardashian ditched the designer clobber and dressed her bump in a £40 high-street dress instead.

The Keeping up with the Kardashians reality star once again ditched the maternity wear for a figure-flaunting, bodycon frock from the Kardashian Kollection at Dorothy Perkins.

Kayne West’s beau flaunted her cleavage in the low-cut black and white frock with gold detailing on the neckline.

The bodycon number skimmed the 32-year-old’s curves so that her stomach was on full display for onlookers.

Kim’s choice of outfit certainly ensured she was the centre of attention as it showed off her swollen ankles for all to see.

The fashionista styled the high-street dress with a chic black jacket, Celine handbag and simple black flip flops - opting for comfort over style this time.

The Kourtney and Kim Take Miami star had a full face of make-up on as she was filming scenes for a new series of KUWTK, including smokey eyes. However it seems Kim's lips have swollen slightly as they certainly looked puffier than usual.

Kim’s hair was styled into a pretty across-the-head fishtail plait that showed off her beauty look.
