Taylor Swift Showcases New 70s-Inspired Hairstyle At The iHeartRadio Music Awards
The ‘Shake It Off’ singer channelled her inner Farrah Fawcett on the Shrine Auditorium red carpet
Just like Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian, singer Taylor Swift is something of a style chameleon.
She consistently changes up her look so we never quite know what to expect, most recently surprising us all with a new, 70s-inspired hairstyle on the red carpet last night.
The 25-year-old ‘Shake It Off’ hitmaker, who's rumoured to be dating Scottish DJ Calvin Harris, channelled her inner Farrah Fawcett at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in LA with her short, straight fringe taking centre-stage.
Her honey-blonde locks were styled into loose ringlets, with the delicate curls perfectly juxtapositioning against her full, blunt bangs.
Tay-Tay’s beauty look was relatively pared-back, with just a feline flick of eyeliner and glossy nude lips enhancing her features (she normally goes for a matte red lip for red carpet appearances, such as NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Dragon Girl, £19).
The singer, who picked up the Song of the Year gong for ‘Shake It Off’, opted for a cut-out Kaufmanfranco dress with strappy Tamara Mellon heels to take home her award.
Elsewhere on the red carpet, ‘Modern Family’ star Ariel Winter stunned in a bodycon white number while young actress Hailee Steinfeld donned head-to-toe Dior.
Rapper Iggy Azalea skipped her bra for a see-through mesh bodysuit and ‘80s power curls while 21-year-old singer Meghan Trainor hugged her curves in a skintight black dress with sequinned bolero.
