I'm pregnant - what can and can't I eat?


According to the UK government there are a number of foods you shouldn’t eat whilst you are pregnant, but most of us couldn’t name all of them.

Myleene is joined by lifestyle expert by Annabel Karmel who helps two mums weave their way through the minefield of what you should and shouldn’t be eating during pregnancy.

For example, what are the rules on alcohol? How much is too much? And should you really be ‘eating for two’?
