Victoria Beckham, fashion designer, multimillionaire business woman, mum-of-four and former Spice Girl reckons no one’s interested in taking her picture.
"When I was on stage with the Spice Girls, I thought people were there to see the other four and not me,” she says.
"And when I go out with David and people take pictures I think, ‘They’re here to take David’s picture.’”
We beg to differ. And judging by her latest shoot in the March edition of UK Elle, so does that fashion world.
Victoria looks stunning on the cover and inside in the 12-page shoot wearing new-season designs from Lanvin, Miu Miu, Manolo Blahnik and her own Victoria Beckham line.
It’s as a fashion designer and figurehead of her eponymous label that Victoria seems to have begun developing a healthy dose of self confidence.
And she’s worked hard to make it a success, an attitude she hopes to pass on to her four children, Brooklyn, 13, Romeo, 10, Cruz, seven, and Harper, one.
She said, “I don’t have to work, I need to work. But I have a good work ethic. David has an incredible work ethic.
“I want my kids to have a good work ethic. I believe you can achieve anything if you work hard enough to get it.”

Victoria will be showing new collections from her mainline label and also Victoria by Victoria Beckham at New York Fashion Week in February. She's also preparing to launch an online shopping service for her brand as well as settling back into the UK with her family.
"Now David has finished playing for LA Galaxy and we are starting a new chapter in our lives; as a family we are all very excited about what lies ahead for 2013."
The full interview appears in the March issue of ELLE UK, on sale Wednesday 30th January. Also available as a digital edition.
