The most daring lingerie EVER? Wonderbra unveil lowest-ever plunge bra to help you mirror celebrity trend for plunging necklines

Wonderbra promises to put an end to bra-flashing faux pas with seriously daring new bra

Flashing a hint of bra strap under your dress is one of the ultimate fashion faux pas.

You can avoid that particular wardrobe malfunction this festive party season and still be ahead of the trends though, thanks to a revolutionary new piece of lingerie that definitely isn't for the faint-hearted.

In response to all the plunging, cleavage-baring dresses currently hogging the rails on the high street, Wonderbra have revealed their lowest-ever plunging bra to date.

With a huge scooped, cut-out panel at the front, the bra features straps and side panels to give support to the bust and keep everything firmly in place.

The bra retailer reckon the new design will be the answer many have been looking for when it comes to pulling off the tricky-to-wear trend for plunging halternecks, V-necks and even cut-out panelling.

But while the design may mean no more bra-flashing, wearers still have to drum up the confidence to pull off such a look - which definitely won't work for all.

While many of us may cower at the prospect of having so much skin on display, it seems demand for the trend is growing thanks to the number of celebs stepping out in daring looks.

Holly Willoughby, Miranda Kerr, Blake Lively and Sofia Vergara have all been spied taking the plunge of late, with Wonderbra reporting that they've sparked a trend off the red carpet too.

According to research, one in 10 of us feel inspired to take the plunge as a result of celebs taking the lead, despite this still being a tricky trend to get right.

And it seems there's no time like the present to dare to bare, as one in five Brits reportedly meet their partners at work - meaning there's even more pressure to get that Christmas party dress just right.
