Tennis elbow

Tennis elbow is a condition where the outer part of the elbow becomes sore and tender, largely due to overuse. It often occurs after strenuous use of the muscles and tendons of the forearm, near the elbow joint, and so is commonly associated with playing tennis and other racquet sports due to the pressure inflicted on this part of the joint. To prevent this, a supportive grip can be worn around the elbow to give it extra strength.
