Taylor Swift gives us déjà vu in nude Elie Saab at the CMT Music Awards

Country Music Television Awards: Everything Has Changed star wore another sequined dress on the red carpet

Taylor Swift opted for her fail-safe fashion formula at the CMT Music Awards in Nashville last night.

The Everything Has Changed singer donned a nude sequined Elie Saab dress on the red – or purple - carpet.

The 23-year-old country star’s frock featured a quirky waterfall-style hem that showed off her toned pins to perfection.

Taylor kept it simple accessories wise, opting for a pair of nude Jimmy Choo shoe boots and Neil Lane jewellery.

But while the pretty singer certainly wowed on the red carpet in her leg-flaunting frock - her sartorial choices are giving us a case of déjà vu.

Taylor’s red-carpet style has been pretty much nude frocks for the past year or so now.

Case in question – Taylor donned a similar floor-length, sequined J. Mendel number at the MTV EMA’s in Frankfurt last year.

And she opted for the same colour palette – and designer! - at the American Music Awards recently too.

Taylor stole the show at the Billboard Music Awards this year in a cobalt blue Zuhair Murad minidress so we’re due another show-stopper from her soon.

She’s set to appear at the Britain’s Got Talent live final on Saturday night – will she stick to her fail-safe formula or opt for something a little edgier? We’re hoping for the latter.
