Pregnant Kate Middleton and Prince William have nicknamed their unborn baby ‘our little grape’, according to reports.

Prince William’s wife has replaced her running habits with gentle walks with her dog Lupo ‘to increase her heart rate a little’, according to US Weekly.

She’s also supposedly taken up prenatal yoga and has hired an instructor to teach her at Kensington Palace.

The Duchess of Cambridge is said to be reading parenting books about ‘how to be a good parent to how to stay healthy for the baby.’

Kate has been indulging in chocolate, biscuits and cake, if recent reports are to be believed.

“She's got sugar on the brain. Chocolates, biscuits, cake. When she sneaks off to a nearby Starbucks for a decaf coffee, she'll often pick up a baked good!” said the source.

The Duchess of Cambridge recently hit the headlines are she supposedly let slip the sex of the royal baby – although this has yet to be confirmed.
