Kate Middleton might need to give you some lessons! Prince Harry changes his first nappy on charity visit

Prince Harry laughs at his own nappy changing skills as he prepares to become an uncle

Kate Middleton and Prince William might have to rethink who they give babysitting duties to.

Prince Harry was snapped changing what we're guessing was his first baby's nappy today, during a visit to a brain injury charity.

And judging by these new pictures, the Duchess of Cambridge might want to give him a few more lessons before the royal baby arrives.

The young royal was snapped changing a doll's nappy during his visit, as he got in some uncle duties ahead of Kate's due date.

Laughing at his own efforts, Harry seemed to be finding the whole process a tad trickier than he'd first imagined.

"This is exactly how my brother is going to be," he joked.

As photographers captured the moment, he said: "All the mothers will be saying 'Don't let him near the children'."

It looked like he'd completely given up trying to work out those pesky nappy tabs at one point, picking up a dumbbell for an impromptu workout instead.

Luckily for Harry, he has a few more months left to hone his skills before the royal baby is due to arrive.

The royal was making an official visit to the Headway charity in Nottingham today, where dozens of screaming schoolchildren greeted his arrival.

He was following in his Princess Diana's footsteps, who was the royal patron of the charity between 1991 and 1996.

His nappy changing task was part of a workshop to show the effects that brain injuries can have on everyday tasks.

Speaking about the prince's visit, brain injury survivor Dominic Hurley said: "I think he did a brilliant job, especially as it was the first time he had tried it."

Prince Harry's outing comes after Kate Middleton proved she has stylish maternity dressing down perfectly last night.

Making a red carpet appearance at the Art Room charity at the National Portrait Gallery in London, the pregnant royal was breathtaking in a powder blue Emilia Wickstead prom dress.

The bump flattering empire line cut helped accentuate her growing baby bump, which - on this rare occasion - was clearly visible through her couture.
