Pregnant Duchess Of Cambridge Dons High Street Wardrobe To Meet Cast And Crew Of Downton Abbey

The Duchess has been rocking a series of looks from her first pregnancy’s maternity wardrobe recently, but this morning Kate is out and about in a new look.

Well, an outfit we haven’t seen before. It's still completely demure, chic and generally ‘Kate’.

The soon to be mum-of-two is out in the sun this morning visiting the cast of Downton Abbey, which, according to reports, is one of hers and Wills’ favourite shows.

And rather than dressing up for the occasion in something regal, Kate’s opted for another high street look and is wearing a cream coloured coat from parenting brand Jojo Maman Bebe - aptly called the 'Princess' coat.

Featuring a front slit that has plenty of room to accommodate her quickly expanding baby bump, the coat costs just £69 making it something of a bargain.

Kate’s paired the look with simple black pumps and a matching clutch. Her famous locks are loose and curled to perfection, as usual.

According to the Twittersphere, Kate’s already visited the show’s make-up trailer and rubbed shoulders with the one and only Mrs Hughes, played by Phyllis Logan.

She’s also toured the construction workshop and prop store and met the show’s creator, Julian Fellowes.

Yesterday, the Duchess was in Kent visiting Margate’s Turner Contemporary Art Gallery.

Kate recycled a Dalmatian-print dress that she wore while pregnant with Prince George and kept her hair out of her face in a chic ponytail.

It’s thought that Kate still has a few public appearances to go until she officially begins her maternity leave. It’s not yet known when exactly the second royal bub is due, but it’s thought to be the end of April.
