Pigs in blankets
You will need
18 chipolata sausages
9 slices of streaky bacon
Method
1.Preheat the oven to 190C/gas mark 5. Gently stretch each rasher with the back of a knife, then cut into two.
2.Wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage and put it on a baking tray, seam-side down.
3.Cook for around 35 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.
