Reduce your use of screens, from your smart phone to tablets to computer and TV. Though we love them and they’re designed to make your life easier, too much screen time can be stressing, disrupt your sleep patterns and even cause social anxiety.
If you’ve been live blogging and tweeting from Fashion Week, or are just a technology addict, set down your tools. Give yourself a cutoff point in the evening where you do something ‘old fashioned’ and try to only look at your social media accounts at pre-designated times during the day. This should help sort your sleep pattern out too.
