Model Sarah Stage Who Hit Headlines For Barely-There Baby Bump Gives Birth

After posting numerous super-slim baby bump selfies throughout her pregnancy, model Sarah Stage has given birth to a healthy 8lb baby boy.

The underwear model caused controversy after posting many pics of her incredibly slim figure during pregnancy, retaining her toned tum – despite being heavily pregnant.

There were concerns about Sarah’s unborn baby’s health and size, but thankfully the 30-year-old’s baby has been born a healthy weight.

Sarah confirmed the news of her son’s birth to E! News, saying, “Yes!! Thank you! All of that is indeed true :) he’s a big healthy boy and he got an APGAR score of 8-9. Thank you for supporting me throughout my pregnancy!”

Just two days ago, Sarah posted her final pre-birth photo, showing just how small her baby bump was in a bra and pants at nine months pregnant.

Parading her slim figure on Instagram has received both positive and negative criticism, with many fans congratulating the Costa Rican model on her toned shape and others worrying about the damage to her baby.

While Sarah obviously worked hard to retain her six pack throughout her pregnancy and her baby bump was much smaller than average, some women simply don’t gain much weight when expecting – particularly if they’ve always worked out a lot.

Sarah has yet to post a pic of her son or her post-baby figure on her popular Instagram account, which has over 1.6million followers, but we’re sure her fans will be waiting to see how quickly she snaps to her pre-baby body.
