It's no secret that we're huge fans of Millie Mackintosh here at Grazia HQ. We've rummaged through her wardrobe, cooed over her poses for Donna Ida and now we're green with envy once again at the sight of her incredible body. We are, of course, talking about that luscious head of hair that's on full display for the launch of Umberto Giannini's new hair care range.
But this ain't any old campaign — oh no. With a little help from Tumblr, the Made In Chelsea star is reinvented as a super sexy femme fatale in a graphic online novel called, yep, The Incredible Body. In it, Millie seduces a hunky male by stripping to her undies. How saucy! You can share every moment and interact with the novel by clicking here — we're, obviously, hooked. So much so, in fact, that we dropped Millie a line to grill her on all things beauty...
Grazia Daily: Why did you decide to team up with Umberto Giannini?
Millie Mackintosh: I have used their haircare for years and was very flattered they chose me to be their 'incredible body'. I loved the idea for the campaign. It's fun and flirty and as you know, that suits me to a T!
Grazia Daily: You look amazing in the in the novel. How was the shoot?
Millie Mackintosh: I was quite nervous when we got undressed but I just had fun with it and everyone was lovely. It felt really sexy to play the “femme fatale” role! I love the film noir, 1920s feel to it all.
Grazia Daily: What's your top tip for healthy hair?
Millie Mackintosh: Regular trims and detox masks.
Grazia Daily: What's the one hair product you couldn't live without?
Millie Mackintosh: The Umberto Giannini incredible body hairspray, it's always in my bag!
Grazia Daily: If you could dye your hair any colour, what would it be?
Millie Mackintosh: I've been blonde before so maybe I would try dark brown...
Grazia Daily: Who are your hair-spirations, and why?
Millie Mackintosh: Rosie Huntington-Whitley and Olivia Palermo have great hair. I love the glossy and groomed yet effortless look.
Grazia Daily: How would you describe your beauty look?
Millie Mackintosh: Boho chic.
Grazia Daily: Are you an all-day make-up wearer or do you just vamp it up in the evenings?
Millie Mackintosh: I wear pretty natural make up in the day and vamp it up for parties with a red lip.
Grazia Daily: Are you comfortable going out without makeup on?
Millie Mackintosh: Yes, i like to let my skin breathe. I love not wearing make up on the weekend.
Grazia Daily: What's the one piece of beauty advice you've always remembered?
Millie Mackintosh: It's so simple but sleep is so important! And a good cleansing routine too.
Grazia Daily: If you could invent one perfect beauty product, what would it be and why?
Millie Mackintosh: There are so many already out there! But a pill that stops us from ageing would be handy.
Grazia Daily: What's next for Millie?
Millie Mackintosh: I'm collaborating with a very exciting beauty brand and more will be revealed this spring. It will help girls to get the Made In Chelsea look.
Ooh, we can't wait! Thanks Millie.
