Michelle Obama dazzled the crowds in a custom-made, ruby red Jason Wu gown at the Commander-In-Chief’s Inaugural Ball in Washington DC last night.
The First Lady, 49, looked simply breathtaking as she took to the stage with her husband to celebrate another term in office for the US president in the capital.
Michelle’s custom-made gown featured a gold embellished ring halterneck along with chiffon and velvet material.
The First Lady styled her dress with a pair of matching red Jimmy Choos and custom-made Kimberly McDonald jewellery.
Jason Wu simply responded on Twitter #Inshock!!! when he saw the First Lady in his design.

The First Lady updated her hairstyle with new bangs on her 49th birthday, showcasing a shorter, more choppier do in time for the inauguration.
The mum-of-two curled her hair so that it sat loosely on her shoulders and the audience caught a glimpse of her earrings.
A matte complexion, a smokey eye and natural coloured glossy lips completed the first lady’s beauty look for the Commander-In-Chief’s Inaugural Ball.
Michelle also looked stunning at the Inauguration Ceremony of Barack Obama in Washington DC earlier in the day.
The First Lady wrapped up warm in a custom-made Thome Browne navy coat, which she accessorised with an embellished belt, purple gloves and grey kitten heels.
Fashion critics were surprised to see Michelle donning Jason Wu after she wore Michael Kors for many public appearances.
Most recently, Barack's wife donned a black sequinned dress for Barack's inauguration reception - proving that sequins aren't just for Christmas.
