Kourtney Kardashian’s Baby Weight Loss Plan Revealed (And It's Not All Diet And Exercise)

The star’s yoga instructor has confessed how Kourt is shaping up after her third pregnancy

There probably isn’t a woman in the world who isn’t a teeny bit jealous of Kourtney Kardashian’s body.

The oldest Kardashian sibling is a mum to Mason, five, Penelope, two, and Reign Aston, two months, yet her figure is just as enviable as it was before she started a family.

And while we’re sure there’s been a lot of treadmill pounding going on in the past, Kourtney’s been taking it a little more easy since having her second son, Reign Aston, two months ago. Well at first, at least.

The reality star’s yoga teacher, Leila Johnson, has revealed how Kourtney’s working on regaining her pre-pregnancy figure.

There’s been some placenta pill-popping, good food on the menu for dinner and minimal exercise. The latter of which is music to our eyes…

“Everything she eats is very fresh, handmade, less processed, less garbage,” Leila told E! News. “We make our own roasted trail mixes. We use coconut oil, raw pumpkin seeds and other nuts.”

And there’s another ingredient that the KUWTK star can’t get enough of - ghee.

“Kourtney is a ghee goddess! She is obsessed with ghee. It’s clarified butter… She cooks with it and you can eat it on an empty stomach.”

If you feel like you haven’t seen a huge amount of Kourt since she welcomed baby number three, it’s all part of her weight-loss plan, apparently.

“One of the tricks for losing weight is spending the first few weeks doing as little as possible, just hibernating at home for the first six weeks.” Music to any mum's ears, we reckon.

“[Kourtney] does that every time, her weight comes off so fast. She just does gentle walks and breast feeds.”

But a pic Kourtney posted on Instagram last week indicated that she’s back pounding the pavements again now.

“She’s past the six weeks now and she is starting to get into an exercise routine. She’s doing some cardio now – walking and running,” says Leila.

It’s not just Kourtney who’s keen to get back to her pre-baby shape. New mum Blake Lively revealed her post-baby figure at a New York Fashion Show event last week, showcasing a VERY flat tum just two months after giving birth.

And Russian supermodel Elena Perminova made headlines after stripping for the camera to show how slim she was just 60 days after the birth of her baby.
