Kim Kardashian has wardrobe malfunction FROW at Paris Fashion Week

Despite only having given birth to her daughter North West four months ago, Kim Kardashian is already dressing to impress in figure-hugging clothes that hark back to her pre-pregnancy days.

But even the most carefully chosen outfit can cause a wardrobe malfunction when we least expect it.

While she's used to showing off her famous curves, it looks like she's underestimated just how much having a baby can change your body.

And rather than plumping for less-than-glamorous, supportive, nursing lingerie, she decided to ditch the bra altogether as she headed to Paris Fashion Week. But on this occasion it wasn't a wise move.

Kim was snapped with partner Kanye West wearing a very revealing low-cut dress to sit FROW at Givenchy. She looked stunning, with her newly-blonde hair worn long and a hint of rosy-pink lipstick.

But she gave away perhaps rather more than she intended, as her nipples were clearly to be seen through the black fabric of the dress, tightly stretched over her bosom.

More surpisingly, for someone so in tune with he public image, there were small rips in the meshed fabric sleeves at the shoulder.

New parents Kim and Kanye have been enjoying a romantic getaway to Paris without little North. Earlier in the week, Kim went for a fawn-coloured overcoat and floppy brown fedora to hide her face from the intrusive paparazzi, as the pair visited the offices of Givenchy.

The usual rumours we hear about celebs and their baby weight are going round about the Keeping up with the Kardashians star, with suggestions that she's ditched carbs entirely in an attempt to get her pre-baby-body back.

The figure-hugging dress may have had its faults, but it did show off Kim looking confident and toned, with a thigh-high slit showing off her pins.
