It is thought that Kate and Wills – both 31 - will stay in Berkshire for six months as it’s an ‘oasis of calm’ for the couple, away from the hustle and bustle of the capital.

“William and Kate’s living arrangements are up in the air right now,” said the source.

“The Middletons’ home is such an oasis of calm for Kate, she is keen to stay as long as they can there, even up to six months.”

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge opted out of royal protocol by staying at Kate’s parents house after birth – and it seems they’ve shunned it in another way too.

Kate is said to be keen to break from tradition and share personal photos of Prince George, rather than a royal portrait.

Prince William is also keen to persuade his former nanny, 71-year-old Jessie Webb, to help look after Prince George while he’s away in Anglesey.

The retired nanny, who watched Princes William and Harry when they were young, was ‘flattered’ to have been asked to return, according to reports.
