Kate Middleton tells friends of her ‘perfect, natural birth’ – and the fact she kept her hairdresser on call for a MONTH

The Duchess of Cambridge also wore her polka dot Jenny Packham dress because it ‘flattered her curves’, according to sources

She looked the picture of health when she left the hospital with the royal baby in July.

And now the Duchess of Cambridge has reportedly told friends that she had the ‘perfect, natural birth.’

Kate Middleton, 31, is said to be happy that the birth went without a hitch – and she was able to give birth naturally.

“She spoke to some of her best girlfriends after the birth and described the birth as perfect,” a source told Vanity Fair.

“She said it was straightforward and there were no complications. She wanted a natural birth and she was so happy she was able to have one.”

The article also reports that the pregnant Duchess had her hairdresser on call for the entire month of July in case she went into labour.

Kate’s hairdresser, Amanda Cook Tucker, was not only responsible for her glossy blowdry but also her post-pregnancy wardrobe.

Amanda reportedly brought a selection of dresses for the Duchess to try on – but in the end she wore polka dot Jenny Packham because it ‘flattered her curves.’

“She chose the pale blue spotted Jenny Packham dress that afternoon because her tummy was still very rounded,” a source told the magazine.

“She decided there was no point trying to hide her bump, so she went for a flattering dress that showed off her curves.”

Since the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s appearance outside the hospital on July 22nd, the couple have also been spotted in public.

The pair – both 31 – made their first public appearance as new parents at the Ring of Fire marathon in Anglesey last week.
