Jessica Simpson finally admitted that she was pregnant for a second time, just over six months following the birth of her daughter Maxwell, but since reaching a reported 210lbs during her pregnancy, the star is so keen to avoid that kind of weight gain again, she’s hired herself a personal chef, according to a new report.
The 32-year-old is set to become a mum for the second time this summer and since making headlines for her size during her first pregnancy, Jessica is keen to stay healthy. Ditching her first pregnancy diet of buttered pop tarts, Jess is said to be watching her portion sizes and indulging in empty calories.

A source close to the star has told Life & Style: “She hasn’t quite lost all the weight from her previous pregnancy, so she wants to gain only 25 to 30 pounds this time.”
They also added: “She wants to be healthy.”
Jessica remains a Weight Watchers spokesperson, and they have stated that Jessica will not be on the plan during her second pregnancy, and the insider says that she won’t be dieting either but she will keep her personal chef that she used while on the programme.
“She learned a lot while losing the weight she gained with Maxwell,” a friend said. “She knows about empty calories and portion control. Before, she knew very little about nutrition.”
Last year, Jess told Extra that she was having some serious cravings. "I had a buttered Pop Tart this morning. I'm eating a lot of stuff that I ate in my childhood. Kraft Mac n' Cheese, Pop Tarts, Cap'n Crunch. Everything's filled with sugar."
She said that she wasn't afraid to "give in to my cravings," adding: "I'm like, 'Yeah, I can do it. We'll worry about the rest afterwards.'" How things change in just a year!Robert Pattinson Headed Back To London To Buy Dream Pub, Will Kristen Join Him?
