Val joins Myleene Klass, mother of two Teika Bellamy who breast feeds both her kids, and Carly Staggs who formula fed all three of her babies through choice.

Val says breastfed babies are less likely to get:

•    Gastroenteritis
•    urine infections
•    chest and ear infections and allergies
•    high blood pressure
•    heart disease, and obesity
