Fifty Shapes of Fitness? New York personal trainer creates racy workout


The '50 Shapes of Grey' fitness programme has been created by New York personal trainer Kristen James to capitalise on the massive 'mummy porn' phenomenon.

About a year ago, the trainer noticed how popular the books were and decided to create a workout that allows women to recreate the tricky sex positions performed by Ana Steele.

The '50 Shapes of Grey' regime includes Lusty Lunges, Seductive Squats and Dirty Diamond moves, which are all designed to improve flexibility in the bedroom, plus plenty of Kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor.

Get started with this Kristen James approved 'Sexy Scissor' trick...

+ Lie on your back and place your hands gently behind your head.

+ Lift your legs up to 45 degrees, knees pointing at your face. Lift your head and tighten your core.

+ Bring your right elbow to your left knee, while simultaneously extending the right leg straight out. Alternate so your left elbow comes to your right knee, while left leg extends.

+ Continue alternating from side to side for 10 reps. Do 3 sets.
