Fashion frenzy for H&M Versace collection

Alright, I know what you’re thinking. Here we go again, another boring, designer high street fashion collection.

But you’re oh-so-wrong.

For her latest collection, Donatella Versace has knocked up some impressive pieces for her H&M Versace designs, full of items that will work wonderfully for your Christmas party and take you all the way through to summer.

Don’t be put off by Versace’s trademark loud prints and bold colours, this new collection features something for everyone.

Simple little black dresses, tuxedo jackets and tailored trousers are mixed with the more extravagant palm-print, leather and studded outfits.

Versace’s limited edition collection will roll into H&M stores from 17th November and if you, like me, are one of the hundreds planning to show up at the opening of the H&M Versace collection, then you are in for a treat.

The high street fashion store has announced a special competition for 20 fans to get their hands on one of the most anticipated designer/high street collaborations of the ever, before anyone else.

If previous H&M launches are anything to go by, this is a major bonus for eager fashionistas who are normally lining up early, ready to pounce as soon as the doors open.

Twenty selected stores across the UK will stock the range of clothes, shoes and accessories designed by Donatella Versace and one winner per store (fingers crossed it’s me!) will be selected to have a special 10 minute allocated time limit to shop like a VIP before the stores open to the rest of the public at 8.50am.

The competition which is running on Twitter through #BeatVeraceQueue has already got fans discussing the H&M Versace collection launch.

One user commented: “Only want like two things #BeatVersaceQueue gonna get mauled for them as well :(.” Another shared their best shopping advice: “Want my tip to #BeatVersaceQueue? Don't go.”

While others had revealed their best beat-the-queue plan: “I would literally quaser through the crowd to #BeatVersaceQueue and get my hands on the gear. Failing that I'll try and talk my way through.”

That’s some fierce determination.

In a bid to avoid shoppers hogging all the gear and stopping outfits from appearing on ebay, customers are only allowed to buy one piece of each item.

So if you don’t win there is a chance to get your hands on some of this coveted collaborative collection!
