Duchess Of Cambridge Wears Navy For Second-To-Last Public Appearance Before Baby’s Birth

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge has been a busy lady this week.

Despite Kate Middleton being heavily pregnant with her second child (just in case you didn’t know), she’s already made a number of public appearances this week – the fourth of which is currently underway.

The Duchess, along with Prince William and Prince Harry, is attending a Service of Commemoration for troops who were stationed in Afghanistan at St Paul’s Cathedral and has donned a super-smart navy blue get-up for the sombre occasion.

Kate was photographed walking into the cathedral, wearing a navy blue dress, coat that concealed her blossoming bump, hat and matching accessories.

Even her navy blue clutch is in keeping with the day’s colour scheme, which matched her infamous engagement ring. Her hair is pinned up in a classic Kate style – a chic low bun chignon.

Today is thought to be Kate’s second to last public appearance before she goes on maternity leave.

Her last royal engagement is supposedly next Tuesday for the annual St Patrick’s Day service – but we’re secretly hoping that she and Prince George will pose together for a Mother’s Day photo, like they did last year.

Yesterday, the Duchess was lucky enough to visit the set and cast of Downton Abbey, bringing a real royal touch to the popular TV show.

And on Wednesday she stepped out in Kent, wearing a Dalmatian print dress from her first pregnancy wardrobe.

But that wasn’t the first maternity look Kate’s recycled during her second pregnancy.

On Monday, she was spotted in a powder pink Alexander McQueen coat dress at the Commonwealth Day Observance service at Westminster Abbey.
