• Domestic goddess Nigella Lawson, 51 is renowned for her confident persona on TV. On her cookery programmes she flirts with the camera and flaunts her voluptuous curves. But on a recent holiday, it seems the bodacious cook went a bit shy.

The mum-of-three was pictured this week frolicking around on Bondi beach, wearing a full-body cover up that looked similar to the Muslim ‘burkini’. Her head-to-toe covering looked even more bizarre next to her comedian friend Maria McErlane’s string bikini.

Nigella’s swimming attire made waves with onlookers as she opted for a black two-piece swimsuit and a baseball cap while enjoying some Australian sun.

Instead of applying layers of sunscreen, perhaps she decided this was the best way to protect her fair skin from burning?

Or maybe she was feeling the autumn chill? Though temperatures in the area were reported to be a mild 21 degrees, so what have you got to hide, Nigella?

  • How to tie the perfect Windsor knot

This video shows you how to tie the don of all neck ties; it can only be the
full Windsor! Follow this simple guide to tying a perfect full Windsor knot and
you'll soon be dressing like the best of them.

    Step 1: You will need:

    •      1 tie
    •      1 mirror

    Step 2: Prepare

Turn up the collar of your shirt and do up your top button. Drape the tie around your neck with the main seam facing inwards. The wider end should be on the side of your dominant hand, so if you're right handed it goes on the right side, and if you're left handed, on the left side.

    Step 3: Position your tie

If you look carefully you will see a seam on the front of the narrow end of the tie. Cross the wider end of the tie over the seam. This will ensure that when finished, your tie is the correct length and reaches to your waistline. Wearing it too short or too long will not look good.

    Step 4: Up, under, over

From the starting position pass the wide end up through the middle of the loop around your neck. Bring the wide

  • These gold and diamond sandals cost £140,000!

We certainly understand the obsession with shoes, but we’re no Imelda Marcos (the former Philippine first lady owned 1,200 pairs). We’ve definitely shelled out big bucks on fancy heels, but we’re no Carrie Bradshaw (she once realized she’d spend £24,000 on shoes).

We know the market is flooded with some ludicrous over-the-top fashion items these days from designer sweatpants to bedazzled bikinis, but would you ever spend £140,000 on a pair of shoes? Because they exist, and we think they’re totally nuts!

British jewelry designer Christopher Michale Shellis has essentially created stunning accessories for your feet. Made with solid gold and 30 carats of diamonds, they’re sure to infuse bling in your each and every step.

"The aim of this was to create a unique form of jewelry which you can wear on your feet.” the designer told the Telegraph. “It's a bit like if you found these on an archaeological

  • Easter is fast approaching, and eggs have been a traditional symbol of the holiday for thousands of years. But what about unusual eggs and egg oddities?

Take a look at this truly bizarre egg:

As you can see in the video, the
whole, un-cracked egg is much larger and heavier than a regular-sized
egg, and when opened - as well as its own yolk and white - it also
reveals a ‘hidden’ egg inside, which is also then cracked to reveal a
    yolk and a white.

According to Richard Kempsey, Farms Director at Clarence Court, this is a rare occurrence, but can be down to an upset in the hen’s ovulation sequence or as a result of a shock.

He explains: “The hen’s egg takes around 20 hours to complete its journey down the oviduct. The eggshell is formed round the egg in the last quarter of the oviduct. Very rarely the complete egg becomes stationary in the oviduct where a young hen gets its sequence wrong or suffers a shock. A complete new shell is then formed around the already complete egg resulting
