Jasmine Tridevil Had Surgery To Add A Third Breast - This Has Got To Be A Hoax Right?

As far as we can tell at the moment, this isn't a hoax, although we hope for the girl in question's sake, it is an elabourate ruse.

A woman calling herself Jasmine Tridevil, from Tampa Florida, claims to have had cosmetic surgery on her chest.

Not to augment her already ample bust, or to reduce it, but to add a third breast to the collection.

People seek out surgery, fillers, fake eyelashes, tanning injections, collagen and all manner of other things in order to change their appearance - often these decisions are relatively harmless, sometimes there is something deeper at play, but there is something about this girl's story which makes us feel really sad, even worried.

In an interview with Real Radio, Jasmine claims to have sought an off-the-record surgery, complete with a non-disclosure contract, protecting the doctor from public recognition, in order to obtain her third appendage.

In the troubling radio interview, Jasmine claims to have hunted down this surgery in order to make herself "unattractive to men" because she "doesn't want to date anymore."

How awful.

In addition to this - taking a look at her Facebook page, many of her posts hint at a low sense of self-worth.

She has captioned one image: "I'm a creep... I'm a weirdo."

In another she quotes: "You will be left much sadder, but not a lot wiser, and for a long time you will wonder what happened and what you did wrong."

Even in the posts which seem to boast about her increasing fame - citing all of the news outlets, radio shows and magazines that are interested in interviewing her - feel desperate, as though she hopes the attention she is getting, no matter how negative, might justify her actions.

In another of her posts she states: "I'm prepared for people to judge harshly and tell me to kill myself lol," suggesting these are the sorts of comments she has already been receiving.
