Magaluf Pub Crawl Company Is Encouraging Girls To Do Something They’re ‘Ashamed Of’ This Summer

Despite the recent ban on street drinking, Carnage Magalluf have assured revellers that the Spanish island is still party central

Fans of women with low self-esteem, counterfeit vodka Red Bulls for a euro a pop and muscle vests with catchy slogans like ‘My other ride is your mum’, rejoice - summer is on its way!

One million Brits will be descending on the Spanish island of Magaluf this summer so it’s only a matter of time before yet another booze fuelled public sex act goes viral thanks to the pervasiveness of social media.

And there are holiday companies encouraging them to do it.

Carnage Magalluf, a pub crawl company based in Hartlepool, have already started posting pictures on Facebook in the run up to the summer 2015 season and they’re not the most empowering of messages.

One of the most telling images depicts three women in bikinis, covered in some kind of red matter behind the slogan: I can’t wait to be ashamed of all the things I do in Magaluf 2015.

If the name Carnage Magalluf sounds familiar to you it’s because they were the company who hosted the pub crawl last summer that saw a teenager from Northern Ireland perform oral sex on 24 men in a bar for a free drink, an act that was caught on camera and went viral.

They’re back and seem to think that a few Instagram style pictures of sunsets and beaches is enough to distance themselves from their apparent total lack of social responsibility that led to this woman being publicly shamed while none of the identities of the 24 men were ever revealed.

In an attempt to distance themselves from their morally void reputation, the authorities in Magaluf have banned drinking in the streets between 8pm and midnight.

Bar crawls set up by companies like Carnage are now only allowed a maximum of 20 people and shops are not allowed to sell alcohol from midnight to 8am.

But it’ll take a lot more than that to shrug off the ‘Shagaluf’ status of the island.

Alongside the picture, Carnage wrote: Don't believe the hype. The Magaluf street drinking ban isn't going to change anything this Summer! ROLL ON 2015.

A company that openly undermines new laws put in place to combat the dangerous drinking culture that takes over the island every summer should be penalised and held accountable for the state they let their customers get into.

However, accountability and all you can drink shots for £30 don’t go hand in hand.
