Tulisa, Jessie J and Myleene Klass Lead Metallic Trend At MOBO Awards 2014
But Nicole Scherzinger And Lizzie Cundy went hell for leather…
We're starting to see a real change in singer Tulisa's style.
The former X Factor judge, 26, looked practically unrecognisable at the MOBO Awards last night.
The London-born star, full name Tulisa Contostavlos, went for a demure and on-trend look that was worlds away from her N-Dubz days.
Dressed by X Factor lead stylist Gemma Sheppard, Tulisa showed off her slender figure in a AQ/AQ cut-out crop-top and waist-cinching Ping He peplum skirt, styled with gold jewellery.
The metallic trend continued with a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti heels that we are SERIOUSLY lusting after.
Singer Jessie J, who was seen giving Tulisa a massive hug on the red carpet, was also spotted in metallics - although she made a fashion faux pas in her outfit.
We like the fact that the 26-year-old has gone down a more sophisticated route with her style - but her plunging bronze jumpsuit failed to photograph well.
Elsewhere on the red carpet, Myleene Klass stuck to her fail-safe formula of a strapless bodycon dress (hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, eh?)
She looked absolutely gorgeous in her sparkly bronze dress from her own collection at Littlewoods, teamed with tumbling brunette curls and flawless make-up. Bravo, Myleene.
Mel B, Little Mix's Leigh-Anne Pinnock and singer Eve also donned metallics for the MOBOS - sounds like it was the trend du jour.
But Nicole Scherzinger and Lizzie Cundy went hell for leather in their bodycon frocks - with both outfits failing to flatter their gorgeous figures.
