Princess Beatrice Leads The Stylish Royals At Easter Sunday Church Service – But Where’s Kate Middleton?
Pregnant Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge was absent from church, along with her husband Prince William and their one-year-old son, Prince George
She’s currently enjoying her last few weeks of maternity leave before giving birth to the second royal baby later this month.
So it was up to Princess Beatrice to represent the stylish royals at the annual Easter Sunday church service as pregnant Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge rested up at home.
The 26-year-old daughter of Prince Andrew led a rather fashionable bunch to St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle yesterday, including Sophie, Countess of Wessex and Autumn Phillips.
Princess Beatrice of York, who’s rumoured to be eyeing up a move to the States for work, spent Easter weekend at home with her father at his Royal Lodge.
Bea was spotted in head-to-toe blue for the service, wearing a floral Markus Lupfer prom style dress, fitted navy blazer, blue suede shoes and a feathered headpiece.
Her younger sister, 25-year-old Princess Eugenie of York, was absent from proceedings but it’s worth noting that she has recently moved to NYC to pursue a career across the pond.
Joining Princess Beatrice at the Easter Sunday church service was Sophie, Countess of Wessex, whose husband Prince Andrew was also at St. George’s Chapel.
The couple’s daughter, 11-year-old Lady Louise Windsor, looked to be wearing a Dolce & Gabbana floral dress beneath her pastel-pink coat.
Autumn Phillips, the wife of Princess Anne’s son Peter Phillips, continued the floral trend in her patterned frock, which she teamed with nude heels.
The Queen, who arrived by car with Prince Philip, donned an azure blue Stewart Parvin coat with matching blue hat.
The Duchess of Cambridge was last pictured at a charity event in south London with her husband, Prince William, at the end of March.
The couple have confirmed that their second child is due in April 2015 but they have not given us any hint as to their baby’s gender - although rumours are rife that we can expect a little sister for one-year-old Prince George.
