Prince George Voted Most Stylish Member Of The Royal Family
Lil George beat mum Kate Middleton to be crowned the most fashion forward royal but where does he get his inspiration from?
He may only be 11-months-old but Prince George is already the best dressed royal.
The third in line to the throne was voted most stylish member of the Royal Family, beating tough comeptition from his mum the Duchess of Cambridge and his great granny, the Queen.
More than 600 shoppers were asked which royal had nailed it in the style stakes and George topped the poll taken by My1stYears.com.
George probably has a wardrobe full of designer threads that any tot would give their two front milk teeth to drool all over.
Like Kate, 'the George effect' has seen outfits worn by the little prince sell out in a matter of hours - from his adorable dungarees to his little kangaroo backpack.
All good fashionistas have their muses, their icons. Sienna Miller and Matthew Williamson, Henry Holland and Agyness Deyn, Madonna and Jean-Paul Gaultier. But where does the tiny tot get his style inspiration from?
George modelled a rather fetching jumper with his name on in the Cambridge family's official Mother's Day portrait this year. Not at all unlike the ladies from Little Mix (but with their own names of course).
Maybe PG (that's Prince George BTW) is a Taylor Swift fan? The pair seem to have a shared affinity for stripes and shorts.
We can think of no higher praise than a comparison with everyone's favourite clothes horse journalist, Alexa Chung. These two totally rock the nautical dungarees look, don't they?
But really, George's taste in fashion comes from a lot closer to home. We couldn't help but notice the glaring similarities between the royals' style when we saw Prince George at the polo on Father's Day. Matching red dungarees clearly run in the family.
Not only does he look exactly like his dad, both Princes William and George have found themselves on the wrong end of a Victorian-esque onesie. Rather!
