Pregnant Kate Middleton Displays Growing Baby Bump In Baby Blue Coat

Is the Duchess of Cambridge giving us a hint as to the gender of royal baby number two?

The Duchess of Cambridge wrapped up warm for a busy day of engagements in London today (Jan 19).

Pregnant Kate Middleton displayed her growing baby bump in a £195 coat by maternity brand Seraphine for her first visit of the day.

But is the 33-year-old giving us a hint as to the gender of royal baby number two?

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have kept schtum about the baby’s sex, but Catherine’s baby blue coat could be the biggest hint she’s dropped yet!

The £195 Natasha Cashmere Blend Coat has, of course, sold out online, as has the £99 dress she’s wearing underneath (Seraphine’s Florrie Floral Print Dress, fashion fans).

Princess Kate, whose second baby with husband Prince William is due in April 2015, wore the coat in question to a Family Friends coffee morning in Kensington, west London.

The Duchess left one-year-old son Prince George of Cambridge at home for her first engagement of the day, where she met families, volunteers and staff at the charity.

Family Friends places volunteers with families living in deprived areas of Kensington, Hammersmith and Fulham and is part of the Duchess’ charity work with vulnerable young people in the capital.

Later today, she’ll formally open Kensington Aldridge Academy, a new school for 11-18 year olds. Staff and students are said to be ‘extremely excited’ for the Duchess’ impending arrival.

According to the school, she will join some lessons, spend some time with students in the library and talk to the young entrepreneurs working in the Kensington Creates hub.

Her final engagement of the day is to formally open nearby Kensington Leisure Centre, which replaces the building where her husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry learned to swim.

Sounds like a very busy day indeed!
