Kate Middleton effect strikes again.
The £292 Diane Von Furstenberg dress that Catherine, The Duchess of Cambridge wore in Australia has sold out online in EIGHT minutes. That’s got to be a record, right?
Kate, 32, sported a blue and white patterned wrap dress from the US designer’s new season collection for the second day of the couple’s royal tour Down Under, which flew off the shelves in record time according to fashion website Go Fug Yourself.
The beautiful Duchess showed off a natural, bronzed glow in the three-quarter sleeved dress – flashing her knees for the first time during the tour.
She styled the Ikat-print dress – that featured a fabric belt, cinching in her waist – with a pair of navy cork Stuart Weitzman wedges.
A matching navy clutch bag and silver accessories completed Kate’s styling of the look – while she kept her glossy locks into her signature blow-dry and retained her typical smokey eyes and nude lips beauty look.

So Lady Gaga can’t be happy today as her unretouched Versace campaign images have been leaked, revealing the star without make-up and before she was heavily airbrushed.
In the most shocking image, the US singer is seen posing on a lilac sofa with an array of Versace bags around her.
But she’s seen with no make-up on at all, sporting dark circles, no lipstick and an uneven skin tone, in the pics obtained by one of her fans on Twitter.
Gaga looks drab and tired – worlds away from the glossy campaign image that was circulated.
She’s clearly been Photoshopped very heavily as she sports an iridescent glow and a pop of peach lipstick that she isn’t wearing in the pre-airbrushed shots (although her Artpop tattoo is still visible).
In another shot, the 28-year-old is photographed in a black cut-out dress with her cleavage very much on show – again wearing no make-up at all.
But in the campaign image that was released, Gaga is seen sporting metallic eyeshadow,
Andrew Garfield Gets In Trouble With Girlfriend Emma Stone For His Comments on Femininity - EXCLUSIVE
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 actor was on thin ice with his co-star girlfriend after suggesting haberdashery was a ‘feminine’ task at a Yahoo kids’ Q&A with the castBy Sophia Moir | Yahoo Lifestyle – Wed, Apr 16, 2014 14:15 BST

And actor Andrew Garfield certainly brushed a few feathers with his views on femininity as he got into a heated debate with girlfriend Emma Stone recently.
The 30-year-old British actor was speaking at a Yahoo kids’ Q&A with the cast of The Amazing Spider-Man 2 when he was asked a question about how Spider-Man makes his suit.
He replied that Spider-Man sewed the suit himself, which he reckoned was a ‘feminine’ task.
“He made it. He made it with his bare hands. He sewed it, he took some sewing classes and some needle work,” he said in the video above.
“It’s kind of a feminine thing to do, he made a very masculine costume out of a very feminine [task].”
At which point, his on and off screen girlfriend, 25, questioned why sewing was a feminine task.
“It’s feminine how?” she asked.
The pair’s co-star Jamie Foxx gasped – as did most of the audience – before Andrew questioned why she was

So Kate Middleton was bang-on-trend in a bright yellow gold dress on her first day of her Australia royal tour, paying homage to the country in the zesty-coloured frock.
The Duchess of Cambridge, 32, had a sunny disposition in a yellow gold and white colour block dress by London Fashion Week designer Roksanda Ilincic.
The knee-length pencil dress – which was reportedly custom-made for her but a similar style retails for £950 – was perfect for stepping off the plane at Sydney Airport as she avoided suffering a similar wardrobe malfunction to when she landed in New Zealand.
The beautiful Duchess – who was joined by husband Prince William, 31, and son Prince George of Cambridge, eight months, as she landed – styled her summer outfit with a trusty pair of nude patent court shoes.
But it seems not everyone was a fan, as she revealed Wills wasn’t so keen on the sunny shade.Read More »from Kate Middleton Pays Homage To Australia In Gold Dress On First Day Of Royal Tour Down Under

Say hello to summer in this season’s hottest shade – but be careful how you wear it or you could end up looking like a bumble beeBy Sophia Moir | Yahoo Fashion Blog – Tue, Apr 15, 2014 11:59 BST

But yellow is a tricky trend to master and it’s very easy to make a fashion faux pas by getting it wrong.
So how can you rock yellow without looking like a bumble bee?!
“Yellow is a tricky one. If you can nail it it’ll look fantastic but get the wrong shade for your skin tone and it’ll be a yellow fashion disaster you’ll want to forget,” said Gemma Cartwright, Popsugar Fashion & Beauty Editor.
She reckons fair skin types should opt for a more muted palette, while darker skin tones can pull off neon yellow shades.
“Fair-skinned blondes have the trickiest job but a pastel works if teamed with a more complimentary colour palette,” she said.
“Brights for medium skintones, and neon looks incredible against very dark skin and hair.”
We spoke to Veronique Henderson, Managing Director of Colour Me Beautiful, to find out which shades of yellow suit different colourings.

Actresses Gemma Arterton and Samantha Barks stole the show at the Laurence Olivier Awards last night, both topping our best dressed list in fashion-forward pastels.
Pretty in pastels
Former Bond girl Gemma, 28, was red carpet perfection in a figure-hugging, pastel mint Prada gown with a statement silver ring and drop earrings.
The British actress – who co-hosted the theatre awards show with Stephen Mangan – styled her brunette locks into a sweeping side parting that looked absolutely stunning against her porcelain complexion.
Another star to work the pastel trend on the Oliviers red carpet was Les Miserables actress Samantha Barks, who got us very excited for spring in her lilac lace gown.
The musical theatre star, 23, looked simply breathtaking in her Burberry Prorsum dress, sporting a pair of matching-coloured knickers beneath the dress to ensure she avoided a wardrobe malfunction.

Oral care firm Theodent reckon its cacao-based toothpaste strengthens teeth and regenerates enamel – no wonder it costs an arm and a leg to buy!By Sophia Moir | Yahoo Lifestyle – Mon, Apr 14, 2014 10:57 BST
There are some things that we’ve come to expect from years of habit - and toothpaste tasting like mint is one of them.Read More »from Chocolate Toothpaste Goes On Sale – But It Could Set You Back £60 A Tube
But oral care firm Theodent has thrown a spanner in the works by launching a toothpaste that tastes like CHOCOLATE.
Yep, chocolate-flavoured toothpaste has now entered the market, shaking things up by claiming it strengthens teeth and regenerates enamel more than regular toothpaste.
So what’s the catch? Well the £60 price tag might be one of them.
The brand sells a lower-strength version for $9.99 (around £6) but that’s currently sold out. The only version that is available to buy online is the $99.99 one (that will set you back 60 fine pounds!)
That’s unless you’ve got kids then you can splash out on the new chocolate toothpaste for children (also £6) which they can swallow harmlessly - not that that sounds particularly appealing to us.
‘Theodent Kids finally offers a solution to the "do not swallow" dilemma of children's toothpaste,’ writes the description on the website.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were spotted taking part in a sailing race in Auckland, New Zealand on the fifth day of their royal tourBy Sophia Moir | Yahoo Fashion Blog – Fri, Apr 11, 2014 10:14 BST
It’s the first time she’s been able to let her hair down since arriving in New Zealand on the couple’s royal tour.
And Kate Middleton, 32, certainly looked like she was enjoying herself as she thrashed husband Prince William, 31, in a sailing race in Auckland Harbour.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge left son Prince George with the couple's nanny for the day as they took the wheels of two yachts and raced around buoys in the open water.
But it was Kate that took charge, triumphantly beating Wills in two races in an Emirates Team New Zealand America’s Cup yacht – giving him a victory salute as she sailed back past him.
The last time the couple took to the water during a dragon boat race in 2011, William beat his wife so it looks like Kate was eager to win this time around.
The Duchess certainly got into the swing of things as she arrived in Auckland wearing the nautical trend for her day of sailing.

Kate Middleton Changes Up Her Hairstyle For The First Time In 2014 During Blenheim, New Zealand Visit
Catherine, The Duchess of Cambridge left Prince George at home as she joined Prince William on the fourth day of their NZ trip, sporting an on-trend wrap-around ponytail for the dayBy Sophia Moir | Yahoo Lifestyle – Thu, Apr 10, 2014 11:03 BST
She’s certainly stuck to the ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ mantra over the past couple of months.
So we breathed a sigh of relief this morning when we spotted Kate Middleton sporting a new hairstyle for the first time in 2014.
Catherine, The Duchess of Cambridge sported an on-trend, looped ponytail as she visited Blenheim, New Zealand with husband Prince William – and we reckon she looked beautiful with the new style.
The mum-of-one nearly ALWAYS styles her hair into a glossy, wavy blow-dry which no doubt fans across the globe drool over - but it's so refreshing to see her changing it up a bit.
The 32-year-old Duchess left son Prince George of Cambridge at home as she spent the day exploring the NZ city alongside her spouse.
And we're not sure if Prince William planned his matching outfit to Kate's as he was also snapped in blue for the occasion, opting for a navy suit with a striped tie and classic black brogue shoes.
