Beyoncé Shares Her Crazy Workout Routine So That We Can All Copy It, HURRAH!

Okay, we all knew getting a figure like Queen Bey's was hard work...but this?

We knew it wasn't going to be easy to het a figure like Beyoncé's.

She's known for her KILLER abs and thighs that could crush watermelons.

But clearly, this is going to be even harder than we thought.

The singer, actress and general global superstar has taken to Instagram to post a sped-up version of what her regular exercise routines consist of, to celebrate five years of Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" campaign, to encourage Americans to do more exercise.

And having watched it we can tell you, it's INTENSE.

The BEYONCE Workout:

Standing side crunches x 10 each side.

Table top crunches with medicine ball x 20 (increase or decrease reps to preference), or you could do V Ups instead if you want to make it harder.

Dumbell Punches x 10-12 each side. (To modify, change the weight, not the reps).

Alternating bench jumps x 10 each side. To make this harder you could do straddle jumps instead, using both legs!

Alternating lunges x 15 each side. Also, try reverse lunges and curtsey lunges to use different muscle groups.

The likelihood is that Beyoncé will repeat the whole set more than once, but if you're new to circuit training, we'd advise you to just go through that list once.

For those who've trained regularly for a while, though, you could probably get through two or even three sets, with a couple of minutes rest in between.

If you do decide to use hand weights though, make sure you get some advice about which weights will be right for you, as you could do some damage to your shoulders if you use the wrong ones!
