Acai berries

These purple, grape-like berries are a superfood known for their antioxidant quality. Commonly taken in supplement form these berries also claim to increase energy levels, suppress appetite and boost immunity. They are rich in anthocyanins (responsible for their blue colour) and flavonoids.
