Winter Manhattan Cocktail

You will need:
2 dashes orange bitters
50ml whisky
15ml Sourz Apple
15ml Sweet Vermouth

Method:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir briskly for 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
