    Strawberry Ice Cream: Recipes

    You will need
    10 chopped strawberries
    300ml double cream
    300g condensed milk
    2 egg yolks
    50g caster sugar
    1 tsp vanilla essence

    Method
    1. Chop up the strawberries and add a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix 300 millitres of double cream with 300 grams condensed milk and beat until thick. Add the eggs yolks and sugar and mix until combined. Fold in the strawberries with one teaspoon vanilla essence. Scrape into a cling filmed lined loaf tin and freeze.
