Stacey Solomon: 'I'm desperate for a girl'

The world is going crazy for Prince William and Catherine, Duchess Of Cambridge's baby boy - but reality TV star Stacey Solomon admits she's desperate for a daughter.

Stacey is already the proud mum to two sons - Zachary, five, from a previous relationship, and one-year-old Leighton with her fiance, Aaron Barnham.

But the bubbly blonde, who shot to fame when she came third on The X Factor in 2009, would love to expand her brood in the future and hopes her third child will be a girl.

She tells new! magazine, "If I'd had a girl the second time round I think I'd have said no (to having another baby). I'd like a girl. I'd like to have someone who'll always need me for something!"

And while Stacey fantasises about dressing a little daughter in fairy costumes and tutus, she's in no rush to have another baby after only welcoming little Leighton a year ago.

In fact, the 2010 I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! winner is so busy she's not even planned her wedding to Aaron, who proposed to her back in 2011.

She reveals to the magazine, "That is the last thing on our list of things to do. I reckon it will be a while, unfortunately. There's never a good time to get married, is there? We might just elope! I might get married in Cornwall or somewhere on the coast. We have looked at a few places abroad, too."

The reason why she's been so busy? Stacey's preparing to bring out a new album later this year - yay!

She adds, "It's all really personal. I've written 90 per cent of what is on there. I'm really nervous. I'm worried what people will think. But I've spent a really long time working on it so I'm really proud. I can't wait for it to come out."
