Pixie Lott: I'd rather sleep than go to the gym - I haven't worked out since November - EXCLUSIVE

The popstar tells us that she's no fitness fanatic and never worries about watching her weight

She's regularly spotted dancing around the stage in teeny tiny outfits.

But despite appearances, it seems that popstar Pixie Lott is no fitness fanatic and doesn't even work out. Seriously.

The soul singer might have a super svelte figure, she admits that she's no gym bunny - preferring to catch up on her sleep than spend hours on the treadmill (a girl after our own heart).

The blonde soul singer exclusively told us that she'd rather get her beauty rest than workout, and doesn't pay attention to diet fads...yes, we're pretty jealous too.

She told us: "The last time I worked out was for my video and that was back in November. I just don’t really have time at the moment.

"I just feel like sleep is more beneficial to me at the moment than waking up early to go to the gym."

And it seems that Pixie's slimline bod is all down to her fast metabolism rather than watching what she eats.

She said: "I think if you want to have a treat you should have a treat. Everything in moderation is the key. If I fancied something I would just have it – I would never say no to something because I’m ‘watching my weight’.

"I think when you’re young your metabolism is fast so you‘ve got to take advantage of that. Saying that, it’s good to be healthy. But you shouldn’t starve yourself, if you want to have a pizza, have a pizza"

Despite her relaxed attitude to working out, Pixie loves to takes risks with her fashion choices, and has been spotted wearing some rather revealing ensembles.

She told us: "I never worry about being on worst dressed lists or that kind of thing because I think you have to take risks – you just have to.

"Fashion is fun, you can’t just be boring the whole time. It’s good to be classic sometimes but when there’s a fun event then you’ve got to be a bit more unique."

Pixie is even down-to-earth when it comes to her beauty regime, sticking to her favourite products and a few good old basics.

She said: "I use Vichy products and I love my La Roche Posey face wash. Other that that I really rely on dry shampoo - it's so good for blonde hair when you haven't got time to wash it."

Pixie's fitness and beauty regimes might not be high-maintenance, but whatever she's doing, it's definitely working.
