The best of Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week AW12

Paris Haute Couture autumn/winter 2012 Fashion Week took place from 1-5 July. This season the couture favourites Chanel, Valentino and Elie Saab were joined by the likes of Atelier Versace and Alexis Mabille for showcases full of red carpet-worthy gowns.

This season's Gaultier show was just as controversial as the last. After a 90 minute delay the crowd was presented with an androgynous collection that included top hats, tail coats and this spectacular gold cage corset.
