According to a new study of 2,000 British adults by Littlewoods.com, people with purple bedrooms have the most sex.
Those with shades of lilac, purple and violet on their walls clock up an average of 3.49 steamy encounters each week. In second place are those with red decor, followed by sky blue and pink boudoirs.
But spare a thought for those unlucky couples who share a grey bedroom, because they’re unlikely to have sex more than 1.80 times per week. Those in green and beige rooms also fell below the national average of 2.55 steamy sessions per week.
But Littlewoods.com has also discovered that those with silk sheets have sex 4.35 times per week in comparison to those with a warm duvet who only see action 1.80 times.
