New! Daphne Groeneveld stars in Brigitte Bardot tribute film for launch of Dior Addict fragrances

Dior have launched two new fragrances for summer to join their Dior Addict range, and a fun Brigitte Bardot-esque film to boot.

Addict Eau Sensuelle and Addict Eau Fraiche are fruity and floral and will stand alongside the original Addict Eau de Parfum.

The fashion house have also produced a retro styled film in St Tropez with supermodel Daphne Groeneveld to show them off.

In a tribute to Brigitte Bardot’s classic ‘And God Created Woman’, the film has been restyled as ‘And Dior Created Woman’. See what they did there?

Groeneveld plays around on the beach in a high waisted bikini before skipping through St Tropez in Capri pants. It’s tres chic and frivolous, with lovely styling (as you would expect from a Dior campaign).

So what about the fragrances themselves?

Sensuelle (pictured) is a soft, summery and floral scent. The heart note is rose essence and jasmine, which is sweet and fresh. Whilst the base note is a soft balance of white musk and cedar notes.

Dior say it is ‘a strong and tender fragrance imbued with a hint of seduction’.

Whilst the Fraiche is a fresh, sparkling and voluptuous fruity floral. It combines citrus notes of bittersweet grapefruit, bergamont with the subtle scent of freesia, lotus blossom and pomegranate. Fraiche also has a base of tender white musk.
