Ingredients

1. 25ml gin
2. 25ml Campari
3. 25ml sweet vermouth
4. Ice cubes or crushed ice
5. A twist of pared orange zest, to decorate

Method

• 1. Stir 25ml gin, 25ml Campari, 25ml sweet vermouth together over ice and strain into a tumbler half-filled with ice cubes or crushed ice.
• 2. Decorate with a twist of pared orange zest.
