Now we are well and truly into summer, I’m in full summer holiday mode! And this summery feeling (as with most other things in my life) has turned my thoughts to my stomach! But don’t worry, I’m not talking sit-ups, I’m talking fab foreign food! Yes, we’re over the winter and all the stews and soups. We’re over Easter and all the eggs, simnel cake and spring lamb that came with it! We’re certainly over the Jubilee and the mountain of scones, trifles and sausage rolls we all consumed! Now it’s time for BBQs, picnics, herby salads, watermelon, halloumi cheese and one of my favourite summer eat-in-the-garden dishes, spinach and feta spanakopita...
