Nadia's barbecued artichokes recipe
My family is barbecue mad! And very little will stand in our way of having one if we are determined to have one. So last Sunday, we were all out in the garden at 10 in the morning, barbecuing like nutters because the weather forecast had warned rain in the afternoon! Maddie and Kiki-Bee were still in their pyjamas and asking whether bagels could be barbecued. I did end up barbecuing them but with garlic and oil rather than butter and jam. Evil mum! But for the grown-ups we had a real treat… barbecued artichokes! This recipe is super-easy and if you dare to try it, you will discover it is super-delicious too!
