London-based designer Marios Schwab is set to design a collection for the Edition range at Debenhams, which brings high fashion style to the high street.
"Working with Debenhams on the range has enabled the Marios Schwab brand to be introduced to a new, exciting and strong-minded Edition customer," said the Athens-born designer.

He recently wowed with his SS13 collection at London Fashion Week, where he was described as ‘one of our most precious designers’ as ‘his understanding of the female form never ceases to amaze us’, according to Style News.
And now those who didn’t get a front row seat for his show can get a slice of the action, as Schwab will be taking inspiration from his catwalk collections for his debut Edition range.

"It has been a great experience to introduce elements of the DNA of my label to a wider range of women, taking inspirations from signature pieces of my collections and adapting them in to a product for a customer who is confident and knows exactly what she is looking for in her wardrobe,” he said.
The designer will launch his first collection before Christmas and it will consist mainly of his signature well-cut dresses.
“I wanted to introduce her and challenge her with a capsule range that incorporates my vision for the perfect dresses for all occasions,” said Schwab.

The Marios Schwab for Edition range will start from £75 and will be available in Debenhams stores and the website from October 18 2012.
Schwab also recently announced a lingerie collaboration with online retailer ASOS that will be available in November.
