Kate Middleton topped the list of the most requested cosmetic surgery procedures for the second year running.

Cheryl Cole’s dimpled cheeks and Myleene Klass’ chin were the second and third most requested body parts in 2012.

But it’s not just women who want to look like their favourite celebrity as men have been requesting famous body parts too.

Ryan Gosling’s lips and British actor Jude Law’s nose completed the top five most requested male body parts in 2012.
