    Hunger

    Hunger is the feeling of emptiness in the stomach and is a sign that your body needs sustenance. Each person has a different level of hunger, but it is common to feel hungry approximately every four hours. To combat hunger pangs, which can heighten cravings, aim to eat three balanced meals a day, always eat breakfast and eat healthy snacks where needed. Also, ensure you are well hydrated as often thirst is mistaken for hunger.
