A person’s level of fitness is usually determined by how much physical activity they partake in, and how often. Weight can be a contributing factor to fitness levels as sometimes being over or underweight can reduce fitness levels. Criterions that define a person’s fitness are aerobic fitness, muscular strength, flexibility and muscular endurance, as well as balance, speed and coordination. However, endurance and strength tend to be the significant factors.
