Eliza Doolittle continues string of fashion faux pas, wears BOMBER JACKET to meet Prince William

It’s not exactly what you should wear to meet the future King of England.

But that didn’t stop singer Eliza Doolittle wearing a bomber jacket to mingle with Prince William at the Winter Whites Centrepoint Gala last night.

The 25-year-old British singer donned a revealing white dress for the charity party that flaunted her bare skin to onlookers.

Benji Madden’s ex-girlfriend showed off her toned pins in the gown that featured a sheer overlay from the waist down.

But bizarrely, the star decided to style the cut-out frock with a BOMBER jacket that looked more Grease than royal meet-up.

Eliza’s white satin bomber jacket looked out of place enough on the red carpet – but it looked even more casual inside the venue, where she was mingling with A-Listers including Benedict Cumberbatch and Colin Firth.

But it could have been much worse as she revealed on Twitter earlier in the evening that the dress came without a slip underneath.

The singer’s bright pink pants were on display in the snap, which she captioned ‘On my way to Kensington Palace to meet Kate and William - maybe I should think about wearing a slip with this ...’

Yes, we reckon that was a good idea. It’s not the first time the Brit star has made a fashion faux pas – it seems she’d had a string of them in recent weeks.

Perhaps it’s time to sack the stylist?
