The video shows him meeting with his girlfriend in a clearing in the woods. The man in question turns on the camera to capture the special moment: he walks up to his girlfriend and gets down on one knee, and when she steps back in shock, he takes her hand and then oh, a blank screen.
So it seems you don’t have to be turned down to have a proposal video fail.
